Originally a simple two-bedroom weatherboard house, this project grew into a complete transformation driven by the owner’s vision for open, connected living.
What began as an 80m² extension developed into a full renovation, with the home stripped back to its structural framework. The project included new bathrooms, two redesigned bedrooms, and a new kitchen, reshaping the original layout into a free-flowing home that opens naturally to the surrounding landscape.
Working in close collaboration with the owner, the Loughnan Construction team also designed and built new decks, a verandah, and a double garage with a minor dwelling, creating a cohesive and functional family environment.
The result is a modernised home that balances practicality, flow, and connection to the land.
