This project involved a full renovation and expansion of a stand-alone home, transforming both its structure and living experience through careful planning, structural upgrades, and refined finishes.
The scope included extending the home’s envelope, complete removal and replacement of existing bathrooms and kitchen, and reroofing to support the expanded layout. To improve flow between living spaces, timber support pillars were removed from the lower living area and replaced with engineered steel portals, creating a stronger, more open connection to the kitchen and dining areas.
Externally, all existing cladding was removed and reinstated, while landscaping works enhanced the overall presentation and functionality of the outdoor spaces. A new deck was constructed off the master bedroom, with the roofline extended to create a covered outdoor area and private retreat. A new, efficient heating system was also installed to improve year-round comfort.
The result is a modernised, well-connected home that balances structural integrity, functionality, and contemporary living, Delivered through a complete end-to-end construction solution.
