RECLADDING, ROOFING, AND INTERNAL REMODELLING

This project involved a comprehensive upgrade to a 1980s townhouse, focused on improving the building envelope and modernising the interior to meet the owners’ requirements.

The scope of works included full recladding of the exterior walls and installation of a new roof, significantly enhancing weather performance and long-term durability. Internally, the home was remodelled as requested, with new bathrooms and a new kitchen completed as part of the upgrade.

Internal renovation works were undertaken prior to the recladding, allowing for a clear transformation through staged delivery and before-and-after outcomes. Careful coordination ensured the upgrades were completed efficiently while maintaining the integrity of the existing structure.

The result is a refreshed, well-protected townhouse with improved functionality, comfort, and longevity.
