What began as a restoration has become a full-scale rebuild, with the owners’ vision brought to life through careful planning and quality craftsmanship. Starting from the foundations up, this project involved lifting and repiling the original 1910’s 3 bedroom home, reframing, reroofing, and reimagining every space—all while maintaining the charm of the original villa.
The LCL team worked closely with the owners to transform the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and scullery, while adding thoughtful touches like a new archway, attic storage, and underfloor heating. Outside, we created a modern open garage, landscaped paths, and decked areas that connect seamlessly to the home.
The result is a warm, light-filled home that blends timeless character with modern family living.
